You understand and agree that the free phpBB3 hosting may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for HostingDelivered to provide the Service. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about topics that are of interest to you. You also understand and agree to keep 75% of your forum publicly viewable or HostingDelivered may display advertisements on your forum in order to cover operating costs. Your forum is liable to be terminated without any notice if it is found to be inactive, wherein, inactive is defined as your forum not accruing any new posts for 60 days or you (the administrator) not logging into the forum for 60 days. You also understand and agree that at any time, the termination of your forum is at HostingDelivered's discretion. By using our Service, you agree that forum(s) registered by you do not contain any of the following, including but not limited to: -Adult / Obscene Content -Harassment -Illegal Drugs -Terrorism -Piracy, Hacking, Viruses -Racism/Hate/Derogatory/Slanderous -Promotion of or distribution of copyrighted materials -Malicious software You will be solely held responsible for upholding these rules on your forum(s).
